Rock, Gem ‘n’ Bead and Gem ‘n’ Bead Shows 2013
Dear Exhibitor,
Please find enclosed the booking forms for 2013 Rock, Gem ‘n’ Bead Shows and /or Gem ‘n’Bead Shows. We have re-introduced the early payment discount and adjusted the stand
prices so that prices will remain the same as 2012 if payment is received before the event.
The price schedule is enclosed, with Kempton and Cheltenham being at the higher prices.
Please return both copies of the booking form as soon as possible as space at many of the venues is restricted. Please also book the number of tables you require at all shows – with an influx of new exhibitors there are no guarantees that you will get the same amount of tables you had in 2012.
Please note that all shows will be from 10am to 5pm on Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
Unfortunately, Manchester increased their prices to an unacceptable level and we have therefore dropped this event from the schedule. We have a new venue, The Hawth in Crawley, which has held many successful Mind Body and Spirit shows. We are also making a return to Newmarket racecourse as we are poorly represented in this area. We are for the time being doing 2 shows in Cheltenham, the later one being in a different, smaller hall because of lack of support, particularly from bead exhibitors. Farnham is reduced to just the Great Hall for the Gem ‘n’ Bead show and there will be no separate Gem ‘n’ Bead show at Brighton. We will accommodate any bead exhibitors in the main hall, as we do at Newark.
To ensure a balanced show please fill in the “ type of product” section of the booking form, carefully listing all the products you wish to sell. Anyone who is displaying goods not listed may be asked to remove them. All goods should be, or incorporate, natural stone. Anyone selling gold and silver jewellery over the set weight needs to have it hallmarked and to display the correct signs.
All of the electrical equipment you use at the shows must be PAT tested. If the venue makes a check, any that do not comply will be unable to be used during the show. We do offer a PAT testing service for a small fee, which can be carried out at the show. Please see John Lee for details if you are interested.
All exhibitors must have their own public liability insurance, a copy of which must be sent to the office with your booking form. This is a condition of exhibiting at the Rock ‘n’ Gem
Shows.

As our booking forms usually go out in October for the following year, some shows are already fully booked so it may be worth checking before sending in completed forms.
Space at all shows is restricted and already sold out for many shows especially jewellery and gemstones which sell out very quickly, why not check with the office to see if we have space for your product.
When you are happy print and complete the booking form and return with your deposite to the address on the form
