We operate a rolling deposit system, where you send one deposit of 75.00 for any number of shows booked. Each show is invoiced in full and the deposit rolls on to the next show, and is deducted from the invoice of the last show booked. i.e.: if you have booked four shows, your deposit will be deducted from your invoice on the fourth show

Cheques made payable to Rock and Gem Ltd

All shows will be invoiced around eight weeks prior to the event and must be paid in advance

BOOKINGS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED (subject to acceptance) ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED BOOKING FORM, DEPOSIT CHEQUE and A COPY OF YOUR PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Cancellation Conditions: Cancellations in writing please.
Cancellation 6 weeks or more before the event full loss of deposit
Cancellation within six weeks of the event full payment will be due
